Production Update – Assembly 1

Deck moved to our Seawind shed on 6th October for the first Assembly stage. Work is being carried out on transom extension. Hull is in our driveway waiting for some Lam parts to be handed over. Deck joining is scheduled for 20th October, 2020.

Production Update – Lamination

Your boat has been progressing well in the lamination stage.

As you can see in the photos below, the hull has been demoulded and the deck lamination has been completed. The engine and exhaust system installation, aft furniture, and hull-deck joint work will begin soon.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat is progressing well in the Assembly stage.

As shown in the attached photos, at this stage, the hull deck interior laminations have been completed, and aluminum back plates have been laminated. The hull-deck joint is also finished and we’re now working on exterior gelcoat repair.

Production Update – Fitout

Your boat is progressing well in the Fit-out stage.

At this stage, the hull deck interior laminations have already been laminated. The hull-deck joint has also been completed, marking a key milestone in the Fit-out process. Meanwhile, exterior and interior gelcoat repair has just begun, further preparing the boat for the next phases of production.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage, where several additional components have been completed to bring it closer to the final stages.

At this point, interior gelcoat repairs and glass installation have been completed, along with the installation of the exhaust, fuel, bilge, seawater, and black water systems.

We are currently working on the freshwater system (80% complete), all timberwork installations (40% complete), the electrical system (35% complete), as well as the ventilation and LPG systems.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage, where several additional components have been completed to bring it closer to the final stages.

At this point, we have completed most of critical systems, including the exhaust system, fuel system, bilge system, sea water and black water system.

We are currently working on the freshwater system (90% complete), electrical system (75% complete), and ventilation system, while all timber work installations are 90% complete.

Production Update – Completion

We are excited to announce that your boat is now completed and left our factory to the storage yard.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat is progressing well in the Fit out stage.

We recently completed the installation of stanchion, longeron, anchor box, engines, windows, and hatches.
Our Production team is working on deck hardware (90%), steering (70%), plumbing & LPG (50%), electric works (50%), navigation (25%), timber fitout (50%), anti fouling paint, daggerboard, fwd beam, and A-frame.

Production Update – Lamination

An exciting journey has started. Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – Lamination.

The hull and deck are being steadily constructed in the molds. Our lamination team is carrying out fiberglass and foam lay-up operations.

Production Update – Assembly

We are excited to inform you that your boat has been moved to the Assembly stage.

The hull and deck were demolded and IGU installation has been completed.
Preparatory works for LPG plumbing, thru-hull fittings, tank installation, and electrical conduit routing are underway.
Based on current progress, the hull–deck joining is scheduled to proceed soon.
