Production Update – Assembly 1

Deck moved to our Seawind shed on 6th October for the first Assembly stage. Work is being carried out on transom extension. Hull is in our driveway waiting for some Lam parts to be handed over. Deck joining is scheduled for 20th October, 2020.

An exciting journey has just started. Your boat has been progressing well in our lamination stage.

Both hull and deck are being laid up fibre. After the deck and hull are completed and demoulded, they will be moved to another step for deck joining.

At this point, both the hull and the deck have been demoulded. The team is finishing up their work and getting everything ready for deck joining in the next stage – Assembly.

Your boat has entered the Assembly stage.

Both the hull and deck have finished their journey in the Lamination stage and the deck joining has taken. We’re now working on bow and transom gelcoat repairs and remaining internal glass works.

Your boat is making a significant progress in the new stage – Detailing & QA.

Recently, some critical components on the boat have been completed, bringing it closer to completion. We are now working on the deck hardware, stanchions, lifelines, electrical system, plumbing, forward beam, A-frame, LPG system, and steering system.

The boat has recently been equipped with some of the remaining detail parts, bringing it closer to completion. We are currently working on the electrical system (35%), plumbing and LPG system (70%), steering (70%), and timber fit-out (50%).

The boat has recently been equipped with some of the remaining detail parts, bringing it closer to completion. At this stage, the timber fit-out has been completed. The boat is now 90% complete, and we are currently waiting for the generator to perform the final testing & electrical system testing.

At this point, some critical components have been completed, including targa bar, stanchion, lifeline, liners, forward beam, A-frame, trampoline, anchor box, and targa seat.

We are currently working on the windows and hatches (75% complete), deck hardware (50% complete), plumbing and LPG electrical systems, steering, and timber fit-out.

Your boat is progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

The The boat is 80% complete based on the previous configuration. As we have recently received some additional options, we are checking material availability and lead times and will keep you updated soon.

The base boat configuration is now 95% complete, and we are currently reviewing the changes in your new options to determine the estimated delivery date. Once these additional options are finalized and added, we will keep you updated on the progress soon.
