Deck moved to our Seawind shed on 6th October for the first Assembly stage. Work is being carried out on transom extension. Hull is in our driveway waiting for some Lam parts to be handed over. Deck joining is scheduled for 20th October, 2020.
Production Update – Assembly
Your boat has now entered the next stage – Assembly, with several major milestones already completed.
At this stage, the hull-deck joint has been completed. Our team has also installed the engine and exhaust system. Interior lamination of the hull and deck will begin this week.
Production Update – Fitout
Your boat is progressing well in the Fit-out stage.
At this stage, the hull-deck joint has been completed, marking a key milestone in the Fit-out process. Meanwhile, exterior gelcoat repair has just begun, further preparing the boat for the next phases of production. The interior gelcoat repairs will start this week.

Your boat has been progressing well in the Fit-out stage.
At this point, some components have been completed, including the exterior gelcoat work and wall liner installations. We are now working on interior gelcoat repairs (90%), electrical system (20%), all timberwork installation (20%), and ceiling panel frames.
Production Update – Detailing & QA
Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage, where several additional components have been completed to bring it closer to the final stages.
At this point, we have completed most of critical systems, including fuel system, bilge system, freshwater & sea water system, black water system, and ventilation system.
We are now working on Webasto, the LPG system (80%), all timberwork installation (60%), and electrical system (50%).
Production Update – Detailing & QA
The production of your boat is progressing steadily, with several key stages moving forward as planned.
The team is preparing for electrical and installation testing, along with the engine start-up, while the artificial teak flooring work is ongoing. Final quality control checks are also in progress to ensure everything meets the highest standards before completion. The boat will then be loaded and transported to the marina next week.

We are excited to announce that Ruby is now completed and moved to the storage yard, ready for launching.

Your boat has been progressing well in the lamination stage.
As you can see in the photos below, the hull has been demoulded and the deck lamination has been completed. The engine and exhaust system installation, aft furniture, and hull-deck joint work will begin soon.

As shown in the attached photos, at this stage, the hull deck interior laminations have been completed, and aluminum back plates have been laminated. The hull-deck joint is also finished and we’re now working on exterior gelcoat repair.
