Deck moved to our Seawind shed on 6th October for the first Assembly stage. Work is being carried out on transom extension. Hull is in our driveway waiting for some Lam parts to be handed over. Deck joining is scheduled for 20th October, 2020.

We are excited to inform you that your boat has been moved to the Assembly stage.
The hull and deck have just been succesfully joined. Our Production team is currently working on liner reinforcement, engine room preparation, and gelcoat repairs.

Your boat is progressing well in the Assembly stage.
At this stage, we have completed the deck joining. In addition, the installation of the engine and exhaust system, as well as the interior laminations of the hull and deck, has also been completed. We are now working on gelcoat repair work for the deck, cockpit, and all interior joinery.

Currently, we are working on the hull and deck gelcoat repair, as well as the targa bar and targa roof installation. Once both the deck and hull are completed, we will move on to the next step: Deck joining.

The deck joining took place and some related tasks have been completed, including internal glass work, gelcoat repairs on the bow and transom.
We are now working on the forward beam, A-frame, trampolines, and companionway flooring…

An exciting journey has just started. Your boat has been progressing well in our Lamination stage.
Currently, we are working on the hull and deck gelcoat preparation. The targa bar has been installed, and the targa roof installation is in progress. Once both the deck and hull are completed, they will move on to the next step: deck joining.
Production Update – Detailing & QA
Your boat is making a significant progress in the Detailing & QA stage.
At this point, we have already completed several critical components, including the engines, targa seat, solar panels, windows & hatches, stanchions, lifelines, beam, and A-frame.
We are currently working on deck hardware (90%), steering (90%), plumbing & LPG (80%), electrical systems (60%), and timber fit-out (65%).

Several key components have been successfully completed. Our Production team is currently working on trampoline, deck hardware (90%), electrical items (90%), plumbing & LPG (90%), steering (90%), and timber fitout (85%).

Several key components have been successfully completed such as deck hardware, stainless steel parts, windows & hatches.
In the meantime, significant progress continues across the remaining systems onboard, with electrical installation currently approximately 80% complete, plumbing and LPG systems at around 85%, steering installation at 90%, and the timber fitout progressing steadily at approximately 80%.

Our Production team is currently working on deck hardware (75%), electrical work (25%), plumbing (50%), steering (50%), and timber fitout (50%).

The hull has been successfully demolded and is now in the IGU stage, while the deck and coach roof are scheduled for production shortly.
