Deck moved to our Seawind shed on 6th October for the first Assembly stage. Work is being carried out on transom extension. Hull is in our driveway waiting for some Lam parts to be handed over. Deck joining is scheduled for 20th October, 2020.
Production Update – Fitout
Your boat is now in the Fit-out stage where we have started to work on the key parts and the preparations for windows in.
At this point, the deck joining has taken place, and our Team has also completed work on the longeron and gelcoat repairs. We have just started work on deck hardware, windows and hatches, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Production Update – Detailing & QA
Your boat is making a significant progress in the new stage – Detailing & QA.
The boat has recently been equipped with some of the remaining detail parts, bringing it closer to completion. These include stanchions, engines, windows and deck hatches, stainless steel cockpit seat parts, stainless steel dinghy davit parts, and BBQ.
We’re currently working on the deck hardware (85%), plumbing (45%), timber fitout (40%), steering system (35%), and electrical system (15%).

Our Production team is currently working on fuel tank installation, thru-hull fittings, conduits for electric wire, plumbing and preparation for steering system.

The hull has all the interior modules properly installed and secured. Our Production team is currently carrying out the final preparations and checks to ensure everything is properly aligned and ready for the next stage. The hull and deck joining is scheduled to take place soon.

Your boat has reached 90% of completion. Final touch-ups and detailing are being completed by our production team, after which the boat will undergo quality control inspection.

We are excited to announce that SMALL WORLD is now completed and moved to the storage yard, ready for launching.

We are excited to inform you that your boat is progressing well in the first phase of Assembly stage.
The hull and deck have been successfully demolded. Our Production team is working on furniture module installation inside the hull. The coach roof is also ready to be joined with the deck.
