Production Update – Assembly 1

Deck moved to our Seawind shed on 6th October for the first Assembly stage. Work is being carried out on transom extension. Hull is in our driveway waiting for some Lam parts to be handed over. Deck joining is scheduled for 20th October, 2020.

Production Update – Lamination

An exciting journey has just started. Your boat has been progressing well in our lamination stage.

As you can see in the below photos, some elements have already been completed, including the full manufacturing of all furniture, marking a strong foundation for the upcoming phases. Hull lamination is currently ongoing, with deck lamination scheduled to begin later this week. In parallel, the installation of the bulkhead, spider, and omega parts is also underway.

Production update – Assembly

Your boat has now entered the next stage – Assembly, with several major milestones already completed.

Hull lamination, furniture manufacturing, and the installation of the bulkhead, spider, and omega parts are all finished, along with the forward starboard cabins and center furniture installations.

Looking ahead, engine installation is scheduled to be completed this week, followed by the hull and deck joint planned for next week.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat has been progressing well in the Assembly stage, with the hull and deck joint has been completed.

At this stage, the interior laminations between the hull and deck are now 90% finished, reflecting steady advancement toward the next milestones. Exterior gelcoat repair work is scheduled to begin next week.

At this point, the hull and deck laminations have been completed, and the exterior gelcoat repairs are scheduled for completion this week. We are now working on the interior gelcoat repairs.

Production update – Fitout

The current status shows that your boat is progressing well in Fitout 2 stage.

The boat has recently been equipped with some critical parts to get closer to Detailing & QA stage. At this point, we have completed the hull–deck interior laminations as well as the exterior and interior gelcoat repairs. The windows, fuel system, and bilge system have also been installed.

We are now working on the forebeam installation, and the fresh-water system installation will begin this week.

Production update – Fit out

The current status shows that your boat is progressing well in Fitout 2 stage.

The boat has recently been equipped with some critical components, bringing it closer to the Detailing & QA stage. At this point, the glass and deck-gear installations have been completed. Our team has also installed the fuel system and bilge system.

We are now working on electrical cabling and the fresh-water system, and the black-water system installation has reached 80% completion.

Production update – Detailing & QA

Your boat is currently undergoing the final touches of the Detailing & QA stage, and we are pleased to inform you of some key developments in our recent progress.

At this point, the deck gear installations have been completed and the electrical cabling reaching 85% completion. Timber kit parts installation has also advanced significantly, currently at 90%. Air-conditioning and the LPG system are scheduled to be completed within this week. Looking ahead, electrical and installation tests on the boat, along with the engine start-up, are planned for next week.

Production Update – Completion

We are excited to announce that Bimble is now completed and moved to the storage yard, ready for launching.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat has been progressing well in the last phase of Fit out stage.

Your boat has reached approximately 85% completion. The key systems including electrical, navigation, plumbing, LPG, timber fitout, steering, and deck hardware are now about 90% complete.
