Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat is progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

Until now, we’re in the final steps to get the boat completed and ready for launch. With the new update, we’re so excited to inform you that all the deck gear, interior flooring and forward bunk liners have been installed. Besides, there are some other main tasks that have already been done such as the steering, air conditioning, and plumbing.

At this point, we’re working on the electric work (75%) and the timber fitout has been started.

Production update – Completion

We are excited to announce that Vardo is now completed and left our factory to the storage yard.

Production Update – Completion

We are excited to announce that SC573 is now completed and ready to be shipped to you.

Production Update – Lamination

An exciting journey has started. Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – Lamination.

Our Lamination Team is step by step making the deck in its mold. The hull is being processed the IGU. We plan to demould them in the last week of this month and Assembly will be started right after that.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat has made some progress in Assembly stage.

Our Production Team is currently working on liferaft compartment, installing under-wingdeck sheave boxes, and stanchions. With this progress, the boat will reach the fitout stage soon.

Production Update – Fit out

It is exciting that your boat is now in Fit out stage.
We have completed the jobs of aft bunk bases, stanchions, pulpits, and lifelines.
Our Production Team is currently working on plumbing, window liners, tanks, port bathroom fitout, deck gear (30% done).

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat has been progressing well in the Fit out stage.
We have done the jobs of dinghy davits, daggerboard completion, mast base completion, escape hatches, anchor/windlass assembly, plumbing works, forward beam, hardtop installation, deck gear installation, aircon installation base, wall and headliners.
Our Production Team is working on steering system, deck gear (50%), solar panels, electric installations (40%), timber fitout (30%).

Production Update – Details & QA

It is exciting that your boat is now in Detailing & QA stage.

We recently completed the jobs of dinghy davits, daggerboard, mast base completion, escape hatches, anchor/windlass assembly, plumbing works, fwd beam, hardtop installation, deck gear installation, aircon installation base, wall and headliners,
Our Production Team is currently working on steering system, deck gear (80%), solar panels, electric installation (70%), timber fitout (70%).

Production Updated – Assembly

Your boat has made some progress in Assembly stage.

We already installed bathroom furniture. The bulkheads and furniture were also glued in.
Our Production Team is currently working on composite wall liners and ceiling panels, remaining deck joining related glass works, flow coating.
