Production Update – Fit out

It is great that your boat has moved to Fit out stage.

After the joining on the last week of March, the window liners were installed on the boat. Currently our team is working on targa liner installation, cable conduits and starting with deck gear. The engine room is being prepared so that the engines can be installed soon.

Our production team is working on electric cabling, forward opening windows installations, and trampoline flange. Deck gear and composite deck hatches are also being installed step by step.

It is great that your boat has some significant progress in Fit out stage.

All hardtop windows were installed, and the steering system was also done. Our team now is is preparing for furniture installation. They are also working on laminate bulkheads, electric works with fifty percent done, plumbing with around thirty percent in progress and doing remaining hull windows.

All windows, deck gear and water maker were installed, and currently the team is preparing for timber kits installation.

Our team now is also working on electric installations with seventy five percent done, plumbing with fifty percent done and remaining deck gear which is almost completed. With this progress, the boat will reach the completion stage soon.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has entered the Detailing and QA stage.

Until now, we have done almost main tasks to bring the boat to the final stage such as: antifoul preparation, rudder installation, bulkhead steerers, targa bench and BBQ, galley benchtop, Laminex bulkheads, trampolines, and all deck gear.

Currently, we are working on plumbing (75%) including watermaker, companionway floorings, and detailing works.

Your boat has entered the Detailing and QA stage.

Until now, we have done almost main tasks to bring the boat to the final stage such as: anti-fouling, all windows and hatches installed, trampolines, helm station, all interior flooring, galley benchtops, and plumbing.

Currently, we are working on timber fit-out (75%), and electric installations (75%).

Besides, due to the global supply chain issue, there are a few parts coming later than our plan so we truly apologize that the estimated completion date has to be rescheduled to the first week of May. We will keep you posted if there are any changes to this new date.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has entered the Detailing and QA stage.

Until now, we have done many main tasks to complete the boat including antifouling, all windows installation, deck hatches, deck gear, all interior flooring, plumbing, galley benchtops, stove & oven, forward bunk headliners, solar panels and cookout BBQ.

Currently, we are doing timber fit out, steering system, and electric installations (75%).

However, due to the global supply chain issue, we have quite a few missing parts that either pending for delivery date from the supplier or arrived later than we planned. We currently reschedule the completion date for your hull on the last week of April but we will keep you updated if there are any changes to this schedule.

Production Update – Lamination

An exciting journey has just started! Your boat is now under the first stage of the production – lamination.

The hull is at IGU stage and hull mods are being prepared for gelcoat spraying.

Production Update – Assembly

After both hull and deck were delivered to SSY on March 28th, they are now at the assembly station for the deck joining process.

Currently, we are setting up the work section and ready to start ASSY2 works.

Your SC705 is taking some significant progress to reach final steps in the lamination stage.

The hull and deck were demolded and Lamination Team is doing the grinding and trimming inside the boat. The team will check around the boat to ensure the best appearance before handing to SW1600 Team for assembly.
