Production Update – Detailing & QA

The boat is now at the driveway of the potential final stage.

At this point, we are still waiting for the electric propulsion parts so the electric installations are temporarily stalled.

In the next two weeks, when the electric propulsion parts and genset arrive, we will install them and let the boat go through the remaining steps to be completed.

Production Update – Assembly

Since last update, we have hulls and deck completed from lamination stage now moved to assembly shed to prepare for next stage which is joining, estimated to be completed on the 3rd week of Feb.

Due to the global supply chain issue, we have quite a few missing parts that either pending for delivery date from supplier or arrived much later that we planned. We currently reschedule completion date for your hull on the first week of July but we will keep you updated if there are any changes to this schedule.

Production Update – Assembly 2

Your boat is still doing well in the second phase of assembly.

As we are working with a small team in the past few months, the progress was slow down a little compared to our initial plan. However, we are expecting more workers to come next week to recover from the time lost as much as we could and catch up with the schedule.

We are currently working on deck lockers flow coating and deck hatches installation.

We’ll follow up with the invoice and shipment documents once we get them from the carrier. Usually, that comes after the boat left our factory, so we will send the documents to you in the next 2 or 3 days.
