Production Update – Fit out

Your boat is progressing well in her final days of the fit-out stage.

Currently, we are painting the forward beam, preparing the interior for fit-out works, and installing underwater lights, daggerboards, and the mast base. In addition, the mast had been painted, ready to install hardware.

However, due to the global supply chain issue, we have quite a few missing parts that either pending for delivery date from supplier or arrived much later than we planned. We currently reschedule completion date for your hull on the first week of May but we will keep you updated if there are any changes to this schedule.

An exciting journey has started. Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – lamination.

At this point, the deck has been done and demoulded early while the hull is in the lamination process as per schedule. Once both the hull and deck are completed, they will be moved to Seawind shed for the assembly stage.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat has been moved to the new stage after assembly – fitting out.

Most of the work on the boat had been completed including all windows installation, solar panels, rudder & steering, plumbing, and helm windows.
Currently, we are working on antifouling, deck gear (75%), bunk headliners, and trifold door.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

The boat is now at the driveway of the potential final stage.

At this point, we are still waiting for the electric propulsion parts so the electric installations are temporarily stalled.

In the next two weeks, when the electric propulsion parts and genset arrive, we will install them and let the boat go through the remaining steps to be completed.
