Production Update – Fitout

Your boat is now in the Fit-out stage where we have started to work on the key parts and the preparations before the boat goes to the QA & Detailing stage.

Recently, some main components on the boat have been installed, including pulpit, stanchions forward beam, A-frame, companionway flooring, galley benchtop, oven & stove. At this point, our production team has also installed the washing machine, all windows and finished the jobs related to steering system.

We are now working on antifouling preparation, plumbing (75% done), electric system (50%), and the composite deck hatches.

Production Update – Completion

We are excited to announce that your boat is now completed and will be moved to the storage yard, ready for shipping.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat has advanced to the next stage following lamination—Assembly.

The deck joining took place early this month. The boat has recently been equipped with some critical parts, including rudders, pulpit, stanchions forward beam, A-frame, companionway flooring, Laminex bulkheads, and composite deck hatches.

We are now working on window liners, plumbing (20% done), and steering installation.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat is progressing well in the Fit out stage.

We have recently done all windows, hatches, portholes, engines in, all deck gear, steering, and all plumbing.
Our Production team is working on timber fitout (75% done), electric installation 80%, salon wall and headliners, and helm station installation.

An exciting journey has started. Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – Lamination.

Our Lamination team is laying the fiber inside the hull mold. The deck will also be started soon.

The hull has been finished and just been demolded. The deck is also completed and will be demolded soon in the next couples of days. Our Lamination team is preparing to make the coach roof soon.

Production Update – Assembly

We are excited to inform you that your boat has been moved to Assembly stage.

The hull has been demolded and our Assembly team is doing IGU works. The deck has targa bar installed. The coach roof will be demolded soon and get ready to be installed on the deck.
