Most of the major works are now done. We are starting with detailing jobs such as doing silicone wipes. Saloon headliner is being sanded and sprayed.

Production Update – Fitout 2
All windows are now installed. We have the side windows currently curing. Flexiteak is installed. Electrical installation work has been half way completed. Plumbing is done. The boat is on schedule.

Your Seawind 1160 Lite has been completed, and is on her way to Brisbane. The boat is scheduled to arrive at Brisbane on 17th November, 2020. A quick tour of the boat can be viewed via this Youtube video.

Production Update – Assembly 2
Assembly stage is ongoing with its second phase.
Exterior: helm stations have been pre-fitted and coated with primer. Hull detailing has now been completed. Works are done with chain plates detailing, inboard bow section.
Interior: works have been completed for the installation of fwd fresh water pump, holding tank, and the moldings of escape hatches. Starboard head detailing, hot & cold plumbing, and window liners are 90% done. The preparation of window installation is half way ready. Other jobs including bed base and settee back have been started.
Engineering: water maker mounts, battery box, muffler mounts are all installed.
Production Update – Lamination
Construction is well underway at Lamination stage. Deck has recently been de-molded. Hull is in IGU and is scheduled to be de-molded on the third week of November, 2020.
Production Update – Fitout 2
Many jobs have now been completed including the installation of trampolines, lifelines, Lewmar hatches, helm seats, galley benchtops with stove, plumbing, steering and Sado glass. Works are being carried out on deck gear, and electrical appliances. Boat is currently on schedule.
Production Update – Lamination
Hull is at IGU stage and will soon be installed with the main furniture. Deck is now demolded and touch up work is being carried out.

Deck is finished IGU work and ready to be demolded anytime. Hull is now laminating.
Production Update – Fitout 1
The installation of all Lewmar hatches, trampoline, fwd opening windows, galley benchtops, bulkheads Laminex, and window liners is 100% completed. We are currently installing deck gear, hartop nonskid repair, bunk headliner surround, steering, electric (75% done), and just started with the plumbing work. Inboard engines will soon be installed.
