Production Update – Boondoggle is coming your way!

We are excited to announce that your boat – Boondoggle – has been completed and already left our factory on the way to New York. The estimated arrival date is the 13th of May, 2021.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat is now at her very final stage coming closer to completion – detailing and QA. We will send out the last production update with a tour around your boat before she leaves the factory.

At this moment, all Lewmar hatches were installed together with lifelines, antifoul preparation, deck gear, fwd opening windows, trifold door, steering, carpet works, and all interior floors.

We are 80% done with plumbing and 60% done with electric installations. Timber works are on schedule.

Production Update – Fit out 2

Your boat is doing well on schedule in the second phase of fitting out.

We have done with all Lewmar hatches installation, lifelines, antifoul preparation, deck gear, fwd opening windows, trifold door installation, steering, carpet works and all interior floors.

Currently, we are working on plumbing (80%), electric installations (60%) and timberworks.

Production Update – Fit out 2

There was some progress since we last updated you on the production status. Your boat is doing well moving forward in the fit out stage.

We have installed Lewmar side hatches, rudder bearings and rudders, Targa bench, carpet works, window liners, companionway floors, and galley benchtop.

We are currently working on deck gear, antifoul preparation, fwd. Opening windows and saloon liner. Plumbing and electric work are 50% done. Another helm seat and BBQ will soon be installed.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat is going to the end of assembly stage. We moved the hull back from Navioil port parking on November 14th and started working on deck joining since December 1st.
Interior glass joining works had been done. We are currently doing bow and stern joint gelcoat repair.

Production Update – Assembly 1

The boat has now progressed to her first Assembly stage. Deck was moved to our Seawind shed on 12th November, and first handover check was done on the same day. Hull is currently stored at our warehouse in Navioil port in order to keep our driveway free for the moving of the Seawind 1600. Hull is planned to be transported back to the Seawind shed on Monday morning on 23rd November for the deck joining to begin.
