Your boat has moved on to the 2nd phase of the fit out stage, where we have installed deck gear, helm seats, all floorings, galley benchtops, trampoline, solar panels, all windows, and hatches. We are also done with plumbing and antifoul preparation
Currently, we are working on flexiteek application, full cockpit surround clears, and electric installations (75%). We have also started detailing works.
Your boat is doing well on schedule. So far, we are done with: trampoline, Fwd beam installation, all Sado glass and fwd opening windows. Steering, helm windows, galley benchtops, oven and stove, plumbing, deck gear and windlass have also been installed on the boat.
Now, we are working on dinghy davits, BBQ and full cockpit enclosure. Electric works are planning to start within next days.
Deck joining took place on 28th September. Jobs are now completed for the trampoline flange, cockpit drains, helm seats, rudder bearings, galley benchtop, window liners, and deck hatches installation. We are now working on plumbing (50% done), carpet, watermaker installation, Lewmar hatches, and starting with deck gear.
The boat has now entered her first Assembly stage. Deck is finished with its gelcoat work and ready to be moved to our Seawind shed. Hull is on gelcoat touch up stage. We plan to move both the deck and hull to our Seawind shed for the joining process by the beginning of next week.
The boat is now in her Lamination stage. Deck is in the IGU stage, and we are installing the saloon headliner. Hull is in the tie layer stage.
