Production Update – Completion

Production Update – Detailing and QA

Your boat is coming closer to completion. She’s now in detailing and QA stage.

We are done with antifouling, steering and dual helm control, wall windows and hatches, galley, Webasto heating system, trifold door, all flooring and flexible solar panels installations.

Currently, we are completing the port side door, electric installations and installing timber kits. We are also in the progress of making dive compressor box and c-zone dashboard.

Production Update – Fit out 2

Your boat is doing well half-way through the fit out 2 stage.

So far, we have done with antifoul preparation, all deck gear, all hatches and windows, galley benchtops, diesel hot water, and heating system installation. Plumbing, steering, watermaker, and companionway flooring are also completed.

Currently, we are installing dual helm throttles, and have started detailing work in some areas.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat is doing well on schedule in the fit out stage with some significant progress.

We have installed Lewmar hatches, trampoline, helm seats, lifelines, window liners, companionway floorings, composite deck hatches, galley benchtops and freezer box. Plumbing is 76% completed.

We are currently working on installing BBQ, washing machine, fwd bunk liners, Sado glass, winches and deck gear.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat is now in the first phase of fit out stage and the production is going well as planned.

We are currently working on plumbing – thru-hulls, window liners, rudder installation, carpet works, mast plate, and Lewmar deck hatches installation.

Production Update – Assembly

We have moved the hull and deck to Seawind shed on Monday, November 23rd. Deck joining has been done slightly before schedule, on December 5th. Internal glass works and bow/transom joint glass works are also done. Currently we are working on tarba bench fairing.

Production Update – Lamination

Hull is now in its final stage of Lamination with some final touching up before it is moved to our Seawind shed. Deck is completed with the Lamination. It is scheduled for both deck and hull to be moved to the Seawind shed on Monday 23rd November for the deck joining to begin.
