Most of the work on the boat had been completed including boom painting, daggerboards, and antifouling. In addition, the port-side forward cabin lockers, starboard aft cabin lockers, shelves, wardrobe and bulkheads were installed.

Currently, we are working on the timberworks. The timber fit-out will be completed before the Lunar New Year, in January.

We have also installed dinghy belting strip, all port/starboard hull windows, deck port lights and Harken deck winches. The longeron has been assembled and pre-fitted. Your boat is progressing well in the new stage – Fit out.

Your boat has just been moved to our new facility last week where we are having the 1370 and 1600 lines built.

At this point, we have installed the stanchions. Currently, we are measuring the dimensions & profiles to prepare to install the hatch lid. We have also started drilling holes through the hull in preparation for the through hull fitting. The window frames have also been trimmed to the correct profile to prepare for glazing.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat is approaching her final days at the assembly stage.

We have been working on the forward electrical panel and longeron assembly. We are detailing the hardtop, tabletop cockpit, and transom nonskid panels. As for painting jobs, we have painted the main sliding door and starting with hardtop supports and helm station shortly. The boat is being touched up and getting ready for fitting out.
