Production Update – Completion

We are excited to announce that SC573 is now completed and ready to be shipped to you.

Production Update – Details & QA

It is exciting that your boat is now in Detailing & QA stage.

We recently completed the jobs of dinghy davits, daggerboard, mast base completion, escape hatches, anchor/windlass assembly, plumbing works, fwd beam, hardtop installation, deck gear installation, aircon installation base, wall and headliners,
Our Production Team is currently working on steering system, deck gear (80%), solar panels, electric installation (70%), timber fitout (70%).

Production Update – Fit out

You boat is progressing well in the Fit out stage.

We have done the tasks of deck non-skid, mast base, deck hatches, solar panels, interior headliners preparation, and galley furniture. The companionway flooring, heating system, deck gear, composite deck hatches, trampoline and BBQ have also been completed.

Our production team is currently working on the steering system, the aircon, timber fitout (50%), electric system (50%), starboard aft bunk, and cabin healiners. Last late parts are estimated to arrive until last week of September and first week of October for installation.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat has made significant progress in Fit out stage.
Our Production Team are finishing step by step the electric works (75% done), the plumbing works (75% done). We are now focusing on the timber kit installation to get the boat well-timbered finished.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat has made some significant progress in Fit out stage.

Our production team has done some jobs with deck windows installation, detailing of the longeron, gluing hull windows, installing aircon and completing various plumbing works. Aft bunk bases and partition frame were also installed.

We are now focusing on completing deck hatches and daggerboard compartments, preparing various engine room installations and engine installation.

Production Update – Fit out

Your SC573 is taking some progress in fit out stage.

We have done the jobs of the hardtop rood, small hatch lids and detailing port head. Deck hatch lids were trimmed and pre-fitted. The team also repaired non-skid on hardtop, helm station, small fiberglass parts. Oil tank was cleaned and installed the equipment. In addition, pipes were also connected for water equipment.

At the moment, we are working on the ventilated glass windows, solar panels, steering wheel and daggerboard. Deck fittings are being installed step by step, as well as the water system. The team is doing the mounting for oil tanks and waste tanks, also installing the drainage device for oil tank.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat has been moved to the new stage after assembly – fitting out.

We have also started drilling holes through the hull in preparation for the through hull fitting. The window frames have also been trimmed to the correct profile to prepare for glazing.

Currently, the mast is painted and longeron assembled, and the helm stations are being painted.

Production Update – Assembly

The boat has been making progress in the assembly stage after the deck join.

Besides the stanchions installation, we are currently installing the newly designed engine control molding. Also, we are doing plumbing and preparing for top coat port hull windows with black surround and daggerboards.

Production Update – Lamination

There has been quite a progress with your boat in the past few weeks.

We have moved the deck to our new facility with the 1370 and started working on the hull here.

We are currently working on the liner on the deck, this is the final job before having the deck demoulded. The hull has also been worked on with all the bulkheads and flooring in place. We are expecting both hull and deck to be demoulded by the middle of September.
