It is exciting that you boat now is in the Details & QA stage.
We recently completed the antifouling, all plumbing, flexiteek, nav station, galley, interior flooring, aircon, and all deck gear.
Currently remaining works are electric works (90% done) and aft bathroom vanity area. Our Production Team is also doing the checking around the boat to make sure that everything is good before shipping.
Your boat has been progressing well in the Fit out stage.
We have completed installing the aft cabin wall and ceiling and bow cabin port side. We also finished the plumbing works, main engine (100%), dinghy davits, escape hatches, daggerboard, anchor/windlass assembly, forward beam, hardtop, wall and headliners installation.
Our Team is currently working on air con (65% at saloon), electric winch, BBQ, gas, compass, installing steering system 50%, solar panels 90%, and deck gear installation (90%)
Your boat has been progressing well in the Fit out stage.
We have done the jobs of dinghy davits, daggerboard completion, mast base completion, escape hatches, anchor/windlass assembly, plumbing works, forward beam, hardtop installation, deck gear installation, aircon installation base, wall and headliners.
Our Production Team is working on steering system, deck gear (50%), solar panels, electric installations (40%), timber fitout (30%).
Your boat is progressing well in the Fit out stage.
We have done with the installation of cockpit hardtop, helm consoles, and aft bunk bases.
Our Production Team is currently working on the deck gear (60%), inside fairing of daggerboard casing, interior wall liners, electric installations (30%), floor inserts, plumbing (75%), and salon headliners.
Your boat has made significant progress in Fit out stage.
We have done with window glass and hatches installation, hull gelcoat repairs, steering column and steering equipment, cabin bunk frames, plumbing (75%), longeron.
Our production team is working on the preparation for wall and headliners installation, deck gear (50%), installing remaining tankage.
We are excite to inform you that your boat has taken the first steps in Fit out stage.
We have installed the window liners, galley base frame, composite deck hatches, and deck stanchions. Our production team is now working on plumbing, installing tanks, doing interior floor inserts, bunk bases, and trimming window frames.
We are excited to inform you that your SC574 is now in Assembly stage.
Detailing jobs for transom steps and cockpit seat are finished. The bulkhead in port mid-ship was also installed. Our Assembly Team also trimmed the port side head, hatch lids, bulkhead inside fuel locker. Bunk cleat and bunk base were also on the boat.
At the moment, the team is installing the water unit for the cockpit tank, cutting the toilet cover and door wall.
Your boat has made quite some progress these days in her final days at the lamination stage.
Both hull and deck were demolded and we have placed the deck on the hull. We planned to be handed from Lamination to the SW1600 team by around 10th of March for the assembly stage.
An exciting journey has started. Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – lamination.
Currently, we are doing IGU work on the hull while the deck has been de-moulded and preparing for assembly. The deck/ hull joining will start shortly.
