Production Update – Fit out 1

Your boat has entered the new stage after assembly, fit out 1.

We have done with all deck gear, helm windows fitting, anchor and windlass installation, galley benchtop, trampoline, carpets, window liners, and rudder installation.

Currently, we are working on antifouling preparation, installing composite deck hatches, companionway flooring, plumbing (50% completed), and electric works ( at 30%).

Production Update – Assembly 2

Your boat is still doing well in the second phase of assembly.

As we are working with a small team in the past few months, the progress was slow down a little compared to our initial plan. However, we are expecting more workers to come next week to recover from the time lost as much as we could and catch up with the schedule.

We are currently working on deck lockers flow coating and deck hatches installation.

Production Update – Assembly 2

Your boat is now in the second phase of assembly.

The deck joining took place on the 20th of July. After that, the Targa bar and roof have been installed. We have also done with all internal glassworks at this stage.

Our next task will be installing deck hatches and window liners which will start soon.

Production Update – Assembly 1

Your boat is doing well in the first phase of assembly.

Hull and deck were moved to Seawind shed on the 30th of June, and handover inspections were done on the same day. Targa bar has already been installed.

Currently, we are working on completing the Targa roof after dry-fitting and preparing for spraying the blacks. The deck joining is expected to start this week.

Production Update – Lamination

An exciting journey has just started. Your boat is now at her very first stage of the production – lamination.

We are laying up fiber for the hull and have it ready to be infused in the middle of the month.

In the meantime, the deck has already been done IGU and will be demolded this week.
