The boat is currently in the final stage. Final electric and fitout work is being done. Detailing works are being done, and BBQ area modified to fit new design. System and engine tests has started on 21st December.
Your boat has been progressing well in the fit out stage.
There are some jobs done on the boat like galley timber fitout, windlass, trampoline, interior flooring, all deck gear, composite deck hatches.
Our Production Team is currently working on: synthetic lifelines, electric works (75% done), cabin timber fitout (75%), plumbing (50%), setting up nav station.
Your boat is progressing well in the fit-out stage over the past few weeks.
We finished the remaining windows, galley raw fitout, and steering completed. Aircon units, fwd beam, mast base, solar panels were installed.
Our Production Team is continuing working on plumbing system and electric system, wall and ceiling liners, trampoline, windlass, composite deck hatches.
Your boat has significant progress in the Fit out stage.
Wall windows and helm fridge installation were finished.
Our Production Team is currently working on electric installation (50%), steering and deck gear (75%), plumbing and gas piping, cabin head and wall liners, water maker installation. The timber fitout will be started soon.
Your boat is progressed well in the Fit out stage.
We have finished the jobs on forward opening windows, trampoline flanges, and interior gelcoat repairs. Our Production Team is currently working on rudder installation, electric loom installation, plumbing (20%), and deck gear (30%).
Your boat has made some progress in Fit out stage.
We have done with coach roof and targa bar gelcoat repairs, engine installation as well.
Our team is currently working on the electric cable trays, deck gear, interior gelcoat repairs, trampoline flanges, helm seats, forward opening windows, and plumbing works.
It is great that your SC605 is taking first steps in Fit out stage.
Pulpits were installed on the boat. We are currently working on window liners and modifications of starboard aft cabin. Gelcoat repairs of hull and trampoline flanged are in progress.
We had the hull & deck joined last week which is another mile stone for production.
In the next few weeks, there will be many changes happening on your boat. We will have engines in, steering mechanism installed, deck gear, etc. Along side with all that jobs we also have a plumbing team and electrical team working simultaneously to do all required plumbing, electrical, electronic systems includes: fresh water, black water, salt water and LPG.
Your boat has been progressing well in the assembly stage.
At this stage, the IGU/ASSY1 process is completed. The deck and hull are also ready for the deck joining process. Currently, we are waiting for the engines and fuel tanks to arrive.
Your boat is now moving on to a new stage – Assembly.
As you will see, the main deck has trifold door bulkhead installed with helm seat and console installed.
At this point, the IGU team had finished their job and we are working on the remaining parts of the boat as planned.
