Production Update – Completion

We are excited to announce that SanJe is now completed and left our factory to the storage yard.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

SanJe is progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

At this point, your boat has basically been completed. After the lithium batteries arrive, it will be able to commission all the systems.

We genuinely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause and will keep you updated via the walk-thru video when the boat is completed.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat is now at the driveway of the final stage.

Recently, we have completed all the tasks related to saloon flooring, throttle control, all deck gear, all solar panels, mast base, galley benchtop, watermaker, antifouling, all plumbing, and steering.

We’re now working on electric system (75% done), and timber fitout (25% done).

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat has already entered the new stage after assembly – Fitting out.

At this point, we have installed the rudders, forward beam, companionway flooring, Laminex bulkheads, galley bench top, carpet works, window liner, and the composite deck has been hatched.

We’re working on antifoul preparation, plumbing (50%), steering, Lewmar hatch, and deck gear (25%).

Production Update – Assembly

Since the last update, your boat has now entered the next stage – Assembly.

The deck joining took place on January 12th. At this stage, the engines are installed and the trampoline flange is also completed.

We’re now working on the transom and targa bench gelcoat.

Production Update – Lamination

An exciting journey has started. Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – Lamination.

The deck and the hull were demoulded on December 21st. IGU team is now working on the hull and deck alignment, along with the preparation for deck joining will take place in the next stage.
