Production update – Completion

We are excited to announce that Wandering Star is now completed and left our factory to the storage yard.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has been progressing well in Detailing and QA stage.

Almost main tasks have been completed such as antifouling, all windows and hatches, deck gear, outboard engine, windlass, trampoline, companionway flooring, daggerboard housing and system.

The ongoing tasks these days include gasoline tank installation, and plumbing (75% done). Currently, electric installations have just started.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat has already entered the new stage after assembly – fitting out.

At this point, we have done many tasks including antifoul surface preparation, engine pods, trampoline, Laminex bulkheads, fwd bunk window liners, Lewmar side hatches, and composite deck hatches.

Currently, we are working on thru-hulls, installing starboard side daggerboard casing, and starting deck gear installation.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat has now entered the next stage after Lamination – Assembly.

Deck joining took place on February 8th as per schedule. At this point, we have done with deck joining, engine pods, and flow coating.

Currently, we are working on transom extension gelcoat repair, and forward beam/bow joint gelcoat repair.

Production Update – Lamination

Your boat has made significant progress in the Lamination shed.

The deck has already been completed and will be moved to our assembly shortly.

Meanwhile, we are doing IGU work on the hull and will deliver it to Seawind shed for the assembly stage after that.
