Production update – Completion

We are excited to announce that Towan is now completed and left our factory to the storage yard.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has been progressing well in the final steps of the Detailing & QA stage before it’s completely done.

At this point, the Gori propellers have been installed. Besides, we have also done a few more parts including antifouling, heading system, and solar panels.

Currently, we’re working on electric system (50% done), steering (75%), and interior flooring.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

There are some critical parts completed in this stage recently such as Gori propellers installation, all deck gear, all windows, targa bench, plumbing system, rudders installation, carpet works, galley benchtop, trampolines, Lewmar hatches, and A-frame.

Currently, we’re working on other detailing works including antifouling, helm seats, steering system, and helm windows.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat has been moved to the new stage after assembly – fitting out.

Until now, we have done many main tasks including Laminex bulkheads, composite deck hatches, galley bench top, window liners, and chainplates.

Currently, we are working on windows installations, carpet works, plumbing (50% done), and starting with deck gear.

Production Update – Assembly

After both hull and deck were delivered to SSY on March 28th, they are now at the assembly station for the deck joining process.

Currently, we are setting up the work section and ready to start ASSY2 works.
