Your boat has been going well in the final steps of the Detailing & QA stage.

Since the last update, there are a few parts on the boat that have been recently completed such as all deck gear, A-frame, antifouling, and centre console.

Currently, we’re working on the electric system (50% done), plumbing (50%), and mast compression post.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

Until now, we have installed the Rudders, targa bench, deck gear 75%, composite deck hatches, Lewmar hatches, companionway flooring, trampoline, and windows.

We’re currently working on antifoul preparation, center consoles, forward deck tables, and chainplates.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat has been moved to the new stage after assembly – fitting out.

Until now, we have done many takes that gradually bring the boat to the next stage such as hardtop roof installation, engine pods, and galley top.

Currently, we are working on trampoline flange and deck hatches. The Center console had been installed by May 29th.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat has been progressing well in the assembly stage.

At this stage, the hardtop and all small parts keep in the mould and they have been moved to our factory at SSY. The demoulding process was completed on March 27th.

After the deck and the hull are completed, they will be moved to the next stage – Fit out.

Production Update – Lamination

An exciting journey has started. Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – lamination.

At this point, the deck has been done and demoulded early while the hull is in the lamination process as per schedule. Once both the hull and deck are completed, they will be moved to Seawind shed for the assembly stage.
