It has been a pleasure building your boat and on behalf of the entire team at Seawind Catamarans, we wish you many years of fun-filled enjoyment aboard your new Seawind 1160 Resort.
The boat is now at the driveway of the potential final stage.
Up to this point, we have completed all the tasks related to steering, gasoline tanks, fuel systems, and Lewmar hatches.
The remaining details are being implemented by our production team to bring your boat closer to completion including plumbing, deck fillers, gas system, helm station, and electric installations (50% done).
Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.
There are some critical parts completed in this stage recently such as the hardtop ladder, A-frame, and companionway hatches.
Currently, we’re working on antifouling preparation, deck gear, and plumbing (30%).
Your boat is progressing well in the fit-out stage.
Until now, there are some main parts completed such as window glass, targa bench installation, hardtop on, trampoline flange, anchor roller, and engine pods.
At this point, we’re working on the centre console, companionway hatches, and deck drainage system.
Your boat has now entered the next stage after Lamination – Assembly.
After the deck and hull were completed, deck joining took place on 19th April.
Currently working on the deck drainage system, internal glass works, and engine pods.
An exciting journey has just started! Your boat is now under the first stage of the production – lamination.
The hull is at IGU stage and hull mods are being prepared for gelcoat spraying.
