It has been a pleasure building your boat and on behalf of the entire team at Seawind Catamarans, we wish you many years of fun-filled enjoyment aboard your new Seawind 1160 Resort.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat is currently at the Detailing & QA stage with some major components having been completed.

Up to this point, almost critical components on the boat have been completed such as plumbing works (only remaining deck fillers), stanchions, windows, A-frame, anchor chain rollers, drainage covers, compression post, Lewmar hatches, and trampoline.

Currently, we’re working on the hardtop ladder, steering system, completing the centre console, antifouling, and Targa bench. The electric work will start soon.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat has already entered the new stage after assembly – fitting out.

At this point, we have done almost the main tasks related to the trampoline and all windows most of the deck gear.

Currently, we’re working on the swimming ladder, side boarding doors, and center console.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat has been progressing well in the assembly stage.

The deck joining took place on June 12th. At this point, we have done some parts including the Hardtop-on process, engine pods, tanks installation, flowcoat works, toilet bases installation, and stanchions.

We’re now working on deck gear, trampoline flange, and deck drainage system.

Production update – Lamination

Your boat has made significant progress in the Lamination stage.

As you can see, the deck has been completed while the hull is being built.

The boat will be moved to the next step – Assembly for deck joining after we have done with both hull and deck.

Production update – Lamination

An exciting journey has started. Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – lamination.

At this point, the deck has been demoulded and sprayed with Gelcoat. After both the deck and hull are completed, they will be moved to another step for deck joining.
