Production update – Completion

We are excited to announce that your boat is now completed and left our factory to the storage yard.

Kindly be informed that the second 4.5″ multifunction display (included in the base boat) at the starboard helm station may not be seen in this video as we have just installed it after the video was taken, please find the photos at the bottom of this post for the completed installation of it.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

There are a few more parts that have been done to bring the boat closer to the completion date including synthetic lifeline, all interior flooring, all deck gear, solar panels, and all plumbing.

We’re now working on the antifouling painting, electric works (75% done), air conditioning installation, upholstery, and steering.

Production Update – Fit out

A new stage has just opened, and your boat is progressing well with some new parts completed recently.

At this point, we have completed some components comprised of dagger-board casings, chainplates, trampolines, carpet works, laminex bulkheads, all Lewmar hatches, and composite deck hatches.

Currently, we’re working on antifoul preparation, gunwale, daggerboard casing glassing, and companionway window liners. Besides, the electrical works have been started.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat has now entered the next stage after Lamination – Assembly.

The deck joining took place on 23rd September. At this stage, the internal glassing works, and trampoline have been completed. In addition, we also finished the flowcoat works and the black painting.

Currently, we’re working on the hull gelcoat repairs and the anchor chain channel.

Production Update – Lamination

An exciting journey has just started. Your boat has been progressing well in our lamination stage.

At this point, the hull and deck infusion process has started. After both the deck and hull are completed, they will be moved to another step for deck joining.
