We are excited to announce that your boat is now completed and left our factory to the storage yard.

Please see below for some photos of the boat in her final days before being wrapped up. Let us also take you on a tour around your boat via this Youtube video.

It has been a pleasure building your boat and on behalf of the entire team at Seawind Catamarans, we wish you many years of fun-filled enjoyment aboard your new Seawind 1160 Lite.

Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

There are a few more parts that have been done to bring the boat closer to completion including helm windows, all Lewmar hatches, forward opening windows, targa seat, pushpit, centre bathroom fitout, side and hardtop windows.

We’re now working on the deck gear, plumbing (50% done), electric installations (50% done), cockpit drains, and the trifold door.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat has been progressing well in the Fit-out stage.

At this point, we have installed the engine pods, port aft cabin waste tank and trampoline flange. Also, some other critical parts have been done including the anchor chain channel, galley bench top, main bulkhead laminex panel, and gunwale.

We’re now working on the center bathroom installation, Lewmar hatch frames, and targa bench.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat has now entered the next stage after Lamination – Assembly.

The deck joining has just taken place. At this stage, the engines will be installed and the flowcoat works will be started. We are now working on the transom gelcoat and preparing for the window blacks.

Production Update – Lamination

An exciting journey has started. Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – Lamination.

We’re working on the infusion for the hull and the deck is laid up with fibre. When both the hull and deck are demoulded, they will be moved to the next step for deck joining.
