Production Update – Completion

We are excited to announce that Tom Jerry is now completed and left our factory to the storage yard.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

We’re in the final steps to get the boat completed and ready to be shipped at the end of this month. At this stage, there are some critical parts that we have done recently such as companionway flooring, water maker, plumbing, outboard engines, gas system, trifold door, and washing machine.

Our team is now working on some other Detailing & QA works including electric works (75% completed) and timber fitout (75% done).

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

We have installed the freezer, galley bench-top, all windows and hatches at this stage. Besides, the trampoline, all deck gear, helm window and synthetic lifelines have also been done.

We’re currently working on other parts consisting of companionway flooring, watermaker, plumbing (75% done), electric (50% done), and antifouling.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat has been moved to the new stage – Fitting out.

There are a few key parts that we have recently done including Targa infill (stainless), solar panel bracket, galley sink cutouts, thru-hulls, trampoline flange inserts, and composite deck hatches.

Currently, we’re working on carpet works, Lewmar deck hatches, laminate bulkheads, window liners, and interior composite parts installation.

Production Update – Assembly

Since the last update, your boat has now entered a new progress– Assembly.

Both the hull and deck had finished their journey in Lamination and the deck joining took place on November 11th. Currently, we’re finishing the internal glass works, bow and transom gelcoat repairs, and painting the blacks around hardtop windows.

Production Update – Lamination

An exciting journey has started. Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – Lamination.

Currently, we’re doing the IGU work on the hull and the deck is being laid up fibre. The demoulding process will occur this week to prepare for deck joining in the next stage.
