Production Update – Detailing & QA

The Detailing & QA stage is ongoing well, with significant progress made in recent weeks.

At this point, deck gear installations have reached 80% completion, and all deck hatches have been installed. The fresh water plumbing system is 75% complete, while the fuel system plumbing has been entirely finished. Black and grey water plumbing is 65% complete, and the bilge system is fully operational. The installation of wiring and electrical equipment has commenced, and the steering system has been successfully integrated.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

A few additional components have been completed to move the boat closer to its final stages, including the application of black gelcoat on the deck and the installation of hull and deck glasses. In the meantime, the final details on the exterior and interior gelcoat are approaching completion, with 90% of the work already finished.

We are currently engaged in the installation of deck gear and the plumbing for grey and black water systems.

Production Update – Fitout

Your boat has entered in the Fit-out 3. At this stage, we have done some critical parts and preparation for the windows in.

As you can see in the photos, side hulls glass frame gelcoat repair & finish tasks have been done. Our team has also completed their works on some other main components including bowsprit moulding/glassing work on longeron, moulding of all small parts like deck and floor hatches, moulding and joining of trifold doors.

Currently, we’re working on deck, cockpit, targa and all interior joinery gelcoat repair and plumbing system.

Production Update – Fitout

Your boat has been progressing well in the Fit-out stage.

At this point, a few more detailed components have been finished including targa, coachroof, battery system (Lithium batteries, DC/Dc chargers, MPPTs etc), Hull-Deck joint repairs have been completed and waiting for gelcoat&finish.

Currently, side hulls glass frame gelcoat repair & finish tasks are ongoing for glass installation preparations. In the meantime, the C-Zone and electrical system installations have started.

Production Update – Fitout

Your boat has been moved to the new stage – Fitting out.

The boat has recently been equipped with some components that make significant progress. At this stage, the longeron and all interior window liners have been assembled. All exterior surface preparations are ongoing for gel coat repairs, and we’re also working on the steering system installation.

We’re now doing some preparations for the plumbing and electric system.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat has now entered the next stage – Assembly.

The deck joining took place on January 20th. At this stage, the deck-hull exterior joint has been completed and surface preparation of the joints is ongoing before gelcoat application. All interior laminations of deck before window liners have been completed and backplates have been installed below the deck.

Besides, there are a few critical parts that have recently been completed including the exhaust system, steering system, rudder, seawater filters engine and hoses.

Production Update – Lamination

Your boat has been progressing well in the lamination stage.

Currently, we’re finishing the structural glassing operations on the walls and floors of the cabin lockers inside the boat. Meanwhile, the ceiling liner in the starboard aft cabin is being finished.

This week, we will continue with the deck fitting preparations and adjustments of related parts. As per our plan, the deck is going to be glassed by the end of next week as well.

Production Update – Lamination

Your boat has been progressing well in the lamination stage.

Until now, all furniture has been installed and glassed, and the engines and saildrive tanks have also been installed. We’re now working on preparations for the liner installation, which is supposed to start soon.

Production Update – Lamination

An exciting journey has started. Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – Lamination.

Up to this point, the side hull and centre hull are already joined. The furniture of the forward cabins and the forward head has been assembled and glassed. Plus, our team has got the omegas glassed as well.

As you can see in the photo, all bulkheads have been manufactured and glassed in their correct locations. According to our team, we plan to place the fuel tanks in their locations and get this job completed within this week. Regarding the centre furniture, at this point, both port head and starboard aft cabin furniture have also been trimmed and we’re going to put them in their locations after some preparations.
