The current status shows that your boat is progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

The boat has recently been equipped with some critical parts to get closer to completion. In which, the interior and exterior gelcoat repair and finishing works have reached a substantial 80% completion, significantly enhancing the boat’s aesthetic appeal. The black gelcoat on the deck has been completed. Hull and deck glass installations are currently in progress, and are anticipated to be finalized by the end of Week 36.

Concurrent with these efforts, preparations for plumbing and thru-hull fitting installations have commenced, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Approaching the final steps of the fit-out stage, your boat is steadily advancing towards the subsequent phase of Detailing and QA.

At this point, the preparations for the hull-deck joint have been completed and are now ready for gelcoat work. Additionally, our team has commenced preparations for the deck glass installation, and the black gelcoat on the window frames has been completed.

We are currently focused on working on the interior and exterior joints.

The current status shows that your boat is progressing well in Fitout 2 stage.

The boat has recently been equipped with some critical parts to get closer to Detailing & QA stage. At this point, targa and coachroof have been moulded and installed, longeron has been glassed to hull, moulding and joining of trifold doors have been completed ( not yet installed on the boat).

We’re now working on deck, cockpit and all interior joinery gelcoat repair works and the preparation for battery system.

Your boat has been progressing well in the Fit-out stage.

The boat has recently been equipped with some components that make significant progress. At this stage, all window liners have already been assembled, all interior laminations of the deck and the furniture cutouts for timberworks assembly have been completed. Also, saloon floor levelling under the settee is completed for electrical assembly preparation.

We’re now working on coachroof infusion preparation.

Your boat is now in the fit-out stage where we have started to work on the key parts and the preparations for windows in.

At this point, the deck joining took place on March 16th. Then, we’ve done some main jobs related to furniture assembly, window liners, deck-hull exterior joints and surface preparation of the joints. Besides, the exhaust system, engine seawater filters and hose, rudder shaft with rudders and engines have also been installed.

At present, our production is working on all the interior laminations of the deck.

Your boat has now entered the next stage – Assembly.

At this point, the starboard forward head, port and starboard forward cabin, locker interior separation, engine beds, centre furniture and port aft head furniture have been glassed. Also, the starboard head’s ceiling liner and the fuel tanks have been assembled.

We’re now working on the rudder shaft and engine installation.

Your boat has been progressing well in the lamination stage.

Since the last update, the deck, hull and all furniture have been moulded. Then, the hull has just been demoulded to get the inner bulkheads and omegas assembled.

Currently, the deck is temporarily on the boat for ceiling liner adjustments and we’re working on the starboard aft ceiling liner mould. Also, the engine installation is planned to take place by the end of this month.

An exciting journey has just started. Your boat has been progressing well in our lamination stage.

At this point, the hull, the deck and all furniture have already been laminated, the omegas have been installed in the hull. Besides, bulkheads and forward furniture installation will be completed before demoulding.
