Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

A few additional components have been completed to move the boat closer to its final stages, including the installation of Targa, glass, flooring, and interior wall liners.

At this point, we’re working on trifold door, steering system, fresh and black water system, coachroof gelcoat finish works, and timber kit.

Production Update – Fitout

Your boat is now in the Fit-out 4. At this stage, we have done some critical parts and preparation for the windows in.

As you can see in the photos, the hull-deck joint repairs are completed. We have also finished the works on longeron assembly, and upper deck black gelcoat application.

We’re currently working on interior & exterior gelcoat repair (80%) and the preparations for glass installation.

Production Update – Fitout

Your boat is progressing well in the Fit-out 3 stage with the completion of the hull-deck joint repair glassing.

At this stage, preparations for applying the joint gelcoat are underway, laying the groundwork for the subsequent stages of the finishing process. Interior and exterior gelcoat repair works are scheduled to commence in Week 37.

Currently, we’re working on the longeron assembly, plumbing and thru hull fitting preparations.

Production Update – Fitout

During the Fit-Out stage 2, significant progress has been made in preparing your boat for the subsequent phase.

The installation of the interior wall liners has been completed, and the targa bar has been assembled. Preparations for finishing the deck-hull exterior joint are set to commence shortly. Additionally, preparations for the upper deck window frames have been initiated. These developments are crucial steps in advancing towards the next phase of the boat building.

Your boat has been progressing well in the Fit-out 2.

Since the last update,  we have recently finished some other components to get the boat closer to completion.

As you can see in the photos, the rudder shaft assembly has been completed and installed, the interior laminations of the deck have also been completed.

Production Update – Fitout

Your boat is now in the fit-out stage where we have started to work on the key parts and the preparations for windows in.

At this point, all furniture has been assembled on the boat. There are a few parts that have also been installed such as fuel tanks, engines&saildrives, exhaust and cooling systems of the engines and furniture cutouts for timberworks assembly. Besides, the engine beds, rudder shaft bearing, and deck have also been glassed.

Currently, rudders have been moulded on rudder shafts and they are under gelcoat finishing stage before being assembled on the boat. We’re working on interior laminations of the deck.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat has already entered the new stage after lamination – Assembly.

At this stage, the hull has been demoulded, trimmed and placed in the assembly line. The forward cabins, forward head furniture, and all bulkheads have been assembled on the hull.

The engine beds are moulded and ready to be laminated on the boat. In the meantime, we’re also working on the fuel tank and centre furniture installations.

Production Update – Lamination

Your boat has been progressing well in the lamination stage.

Based on the recent update, the infusion of hull and all furniture has been completed. In addition, the omegas and the backplates on the hull, the forward and aft bulkheads have also been laminated.

The hull is going to be demoulded to get ready for the assembly line that will take place next week.


Production Update – Lamination

An exciting journey has just started. Your boat has been progressing well in our lamination stage.

The hull gelcoat and the tie layer have been finished. At this stage, we have already got the woven fibres applied. Almost furniture has been moulded, and the center furniture along with the galley and portside are under progress to get ready for infusion.

This week, the foam kits will be assembled on the hull and the infusion preparations will continue.
