The production of your boat is progressing steadily, with several key stages moving forward as planned.
The construction of the ceiling frames for the ceiling upholstery has already been completed, and the electrical system installation is currently around 90% complete. At the moment, work is actively progressing on the installation of other timber kit parts as well as the interior fit-out. Once these stages are fully completed, the final control and testing phase will begin shortly.
Your boat is making good progress in the Detailing and QA stage, with significant advancements in recent weeks.
Several key components have recently been completed, including the deck gear, wall and floor timber installation. We are currently finalizing the electrical system, which is approximately 90% complete. The boat will be powered up shortly as part of the next stage.
Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.
At this stage, several key components have been completed, bringing the boat closer to the final stages, including exterior and interior gelcoat work, plumbing, wall and floor timbers, and the construction of ceiling frames (for ceiling upholstery). Additionally, we have successfully installed the fuel system, bilge system, and freshwater system. Our team is currently focusing on the installation of the black water system.
Your boat is making steady progress in Fitout stage.
The exterior gelcoat finish work has been completed. The interior gelcoat works are 90% finished, with only minor tasks remaining. Additionally, the thru-hull installation infrastructure has been completed, laying the groundwork for the next phases of the build. These advancements mark important milestones in the production process as we move closer to finalizing the boat.
Your boat is making good progress in the Fit-out stage.
As shown in the photos, the targa gelcoat-finish has been completed and is now ready for assembly.
Currently, we’re working on interior and gecoat finishing, as well as preparing some main components for the next stage.
Your boat has been progressing well in the Fit-out stage.
Preparations for joint gelcoat application are underway, ensuring a durable connection between the hull and deck. Additionally, preparations for plumbing and thru-hull fitting installations are proceeding smoothly. In the meantime, a significant milestone has been achieved with the completion of the Targa Bar dry fit.
A new stage has recently commenced, and your boat is making a significant progress with a few new components having been completed.
The deck has been joined and glassed, and the deck-hull interior joint glassing has been finished. Additionally, the production team has also completed their work on the conversion of the deck rear settee double seat.
Preparations for finishing the deck-hull exterior joint are scheduled to begin shortly.
Your boat is progressing well in the Assembly stage.
At this point, a few more detailed parts have been installed including all furniture, engines and saildrives. In the meantime, all ceiling liners have also been glassed to furniture.
Currently, we’re working on exhaust system installations, deck on deck on adjustments and preparations.
Since the last update, your boat has already entered the new stage – Assembly.
Until now, the hull and all furniture have been infused. Omega supports, all inner bulkheads, forward cabins, and starboard forward head furniture have been glassed.
In the meantime, the hull has been demoulded and we have also completed some other parts including the forward main bulkhead, hull bottom flowcoat application, and fuel tank assembly.
Currently, we’re working on the centre furniture assembly.
An exciting journey has started. Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – Lamination.
At this point, all furniture has been infused. Hull fiber and foam layups are completed. Besides that, the demoulding and trimming of furniture have been started.
We’re now working on the hull infusion preparations which will take place at the beginning of week 13.
