Production Update – Completion

We are excited to announce that your boat is now completed and left our factory to the storage yard.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

Some additional components have been completed to move the boat closer to its final stages, including the installation of the fuel system, black water system, and grey water system. We have also installed the deck gear, as well as the walls and furniture.

Currently, we are working on the freshwater system (80% complete), electrical cabling, and other timber kit installations.

Production Update – Fitout

The current status shows that your boat is progressing well in the Fitout 2 stage.

So far, the fuel system and the hull fitting installation have been completed. Currently, we are working on blackwater system, forebeam assembly, and deck gear installation. Also, work on freshwater system, wall & floor timers and ceiling frames constructions has just started.

Production Update – Fitout

Your boat has been progressing well in the Fit-out stage and was recently equipped with some critical components.

At this stage, all wall liners and glass installations have been completed. Our team is currently working on the exterior gelcoat components (90% complete), as well as the forebeam assembly and deck gear installation.

Production Update – Fitout

Your boat is now in the fit-out stage where we have started to work on the key parts and the preparations for windows in.

At this stage, the exterior gelcoat work, including the hull-deck joint, is ongoing, along with the interior gelcoat work. Both are progressing as key steps toward the final stages of production.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat has been progressing well in the Assembly stage.

Currently, the hull-deck joint has been completed, and the interior laminations of both the hull and the deck are also finished. Additionally, the aluminum back plates have been laminated. Looking ahead, exterior gelcoat repair is scheduled to start in January. These key achievements mark significant progress in completing this phase of the build.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat has now entered the next stage – Assembly. It is progressing steadily and we are pleased to inform that several important milestones have been reached.

At this stage, all furniture has been installed, and the interior ceiling liners have been glassed. The fuel tanks are now in place, and the bulkheads are complete. Engine installations have been finished, along with the completion of the sea water and exhaust system installations.

Preparations for the deck-hull joining have now begun, moving us closer to the next phase of construction.

Production Update – Lamination

An exciting journey has started. Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – Lamination.

As you can see in the photos, the hull and 3 furniture infusion have been completed. The bulkheads and omegas have been installed, and the spyders have been glassed. Additionally, the forward cabin and head furniture are now being installed and glassed.

The hull demoulding is scheduled to take place at the end of this month, and preparations for the infusion of the center, aft cabin, and aft head are ongoing.
