Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat is making good progress in the Detailing and QA stage, with significant advancements in recent weeks.

At this stage, several key installations have already been completed, including the fuel system, blackwater system, and freshwater system. The forebeam has been installed, and all timber walls and floors are now in place. Currently, work continues on electrical cabling, air conditioning, and the LPG system, while deck gear installations are approximately 80% complete. Timber kit parts installations are also ongoing as the team advances toward the next stages of production.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage, where several additional components have been completed to bring it closer to the final stages.

The fuel system, blackwater, greywater systems, and forebeam have been installed, while the deck gear installation is approximately 80% complete. The freshwater system is around 60% complete, and electrical cabling is currently in progress. Installation of the air conditioning and LPG systems will begin shortly.

Production Update – Fitout

Your boat has been progressing well in the Fit-out stage.

At this point, some components have been completed, including the exterior gelcoat work and glass installation. We are now working on the interior gelcoat work, deck gear installation (30% complete), and the forebeam will be installed soon.

At this stage, the hull deck interior laminations and the aluminum back plates have already been laminated. The hull-deck joint has also been completed, marking a key milestone in the Fit-out process. Meanwhile, exterior gelcoat repair has just begun, further preparing the boat for the next phases of production.

Production Update – Assembly


Your boat is progressing well in the Assembly stage.

As shown in the attached photos, at this stage, the hull deck interior laminations have been completed, and aluminum back plates have been laminated. The hull-deck joint is also finished and we’re now working on exterior gelcoat repair.

Your boat is making progress in one of the first stages of production – Assembly.

At this point, the installation of all furniture, fuel tanks, engines, sea water and exhaust systems has been completed. Additionally, the bulkheads have been finished, and the aluminum back plates have been laminated. The hull-deck joint was also completed, marking significant progress in the construction.

Production Update – Lamination

Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – Lamination.

The hull infusion plan is currently ongoing and is scheduled to be infused in mid-January. The Omega-Spyder parts have been manufactured and trimmed, and they are now ready for installation. Additionally, the vacuum infusion for all furniture, except for center furniture, has been completed.
