At this stage, our team has completed the installation of the window liners and ceiling panel frames. We are currently working on the exterior and interior gelcoat repairs.

The boat has recently been fitted with some critical components, marking significant progress, including the installation of the engine and exhaust system. The window liner installation has also been completed.

Your boat is progressing well in the Assembly stage.
At this stage, we have completed the deck joining. In addition, the installation of the engine and exhaust system, as well as the interior laminations of the hull and deck, has also been completed. We are now working on gelcoat repair work for the deck, cockpit, and all interior joinery.

As shown in the attached photos, at this stage, the hull deck interior laminations have been completed, the engine and exhaust system installation have been completed. The hull-deck joint is also finished and we’re now working on exterior gelcoat repair.
Your boat has now entered the next stage – Assembly, with several major milestones already completed.
At this stage, the hull-deck joint has been completed. Our team has also installed the engine and exhaust system. Interior lamination of the hull and deck will begin this week.

As you can see in the photos below, the hull has been demoulded and the deck lamination has been completed. The engine and exhaust system installation, aft furniture, and hull-deck joint work will begin soon.

As you can see in the below photos, some components have already been completed, including the full manufacturing of all furniture, marking a strong foundation for the upcoming phases. Hull lamination is currently ongoing, with deck lamination scheduled to begin later this week. In parallel, the installation of the bulkhead, spider, and omega parts is also underway.
