Production Update – Fit out

It is exciting that your boat has been moved to the Fit out stage.

We recently completed installing pulpits and stanchions, all deck joint gelcoat repairs, and window liners.
Our production team is currently working on rudder installation, interior composite parts, cable trays, deck gear backing plates, helm seat inner liners, and plumbing (30% done).

Your boat has been progressing well in the Fit out stage.

We recently completed many jobs including hull windows and rudders installed, antifoul preparation, and trampoline flange.
Our Production team is currently working on steering (75% done), aircon installation, electric works (50%), wall and head liners, plumbing (50%), deck gear (50%).

Your boat is progressing well in the last phase of Fit out stage.

We recently completed solar panels, trampoline, mast base, all windows, fwd beam, steering, plumbing, aircon.
Our production team is currently working on deck gear (75% done), electric works (75%), nav station, wall liners, galley fit out (50%).

Production Update – Details & QA

It is exciting that your boat now is in the Details & QA stage.

We recently completed: all interior flooring, timber fitout, galley benchtop and equipment.
Our Production team is working on: chart plotters installation, upholstery, testing plumbing and electric system, completing navigation console, doing detailing works.

Production Update – Completion

We are excited to announce that Savoir Faire is now completed and will be wrapped up soon for shipping.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat has now entered the next stage after Lamination – Assembly.

The deck joining has just taken place. At this stage, the engines will be installed and the flowcoat works will be started.

We are now working on internal glass works, transom gelcoat and preparing for the window blacks.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

We’re in the final steps to get the boat completed and ready to be shipped at the end of this month. At this stage, there are some critical parts that we have done recently such as companionway flooring, water maker, plumbing, outboard engines, gas system, trifold door, and washing machine.

Our team is now working on some other Detailing & QA works including electric works (75% completed) and timber fitout (75% done).

Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

There are a few more parts that have been done to bring the boat closer to the completion date including antifouling, steering, all plumbing, helm windows, trampoline, all deck gear, and galley benchtop.

Currently, we’re working on air conditioning, freezer, electric works (50%), and solar panel bracket.

Production Update – Completion

We are excited to announce that Suzanne is now completed and left our factory to the storage yard.

Production Update – Lamination

Your boat has been progressing well in the lamination stage.

Based on the recent update, the infusion of hull and all furniture has been completed. In addition, the omegas and the backplates on the hull, the forward and aft bulkheads have also been laminated.

The hull is going to be demoulded to get ready for the assembly line that will take place next week.
