An exciting journey has started. Your boat is taking the first step in Assembly stage.
The deck has been demolded, and the coach roof was finished in the mold. The hull has just had IGU stage started.

Our production team is doing the gelcoat repair on the deck. Hull is being worked on furniture module installation to get ready for hull-deck join.

Our production team has started with deck gear installation, rudder shaft , doing the salon windows cutouts, installing pulpit and life raft box.

It is exciting that your boat is taking the first steps in the Fit out stage.
We have recently had engines, forward opening windows, Laminex bulkheads, forward beam and A-frame installed. Lewmar deck hatches were also finished.
Our production team is working on aircon installation, deck gear (50% done), plumbing (25%), and trampoline.

We have recently had all windows and hatches installed. Aircon, deck gear, composite deck hatches, and antifouling preparation also have been finished.
Our production team is currently working on plumbing (50% done), electric (50%), and timber fitout (25%).

Our production team is working on steering, galley fitout, timber fitout (50% done), electric installation (75%), wall and ceiling liners.

We have recently done the solar panels, helm seats, helm windows, interior flooring, galley cabinets, and plumbing.
Our production team is working on steering, wall and ceiling panels, helm displays, electric works (90% done), timber fitout (75%), and nav-desk console.
Production Update – Completion
We are excited to announce that Zephyr is now completed and left our factory to the storage yard for shipping.
