Production Update – Fit out

Your boat is progressing well in the final phase of fitout stage.

The jobs recently completed are galley fitout, bench top, and interior flooring.
Our Production team is working on antifouling, steering completion, BBQ, electric works (75% done), timber fitout (85% done), nav desk console, and detailing works.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

It is exciting that your boat now is now in the Detailing & QA stage.

The boat has reached its final stage. Our Production team is doing final fitout, detailing works, testing, commissioning all systems, and minor repairs to get the boat ready in the best appearance before launching.

Production Update – Completion

We are excited to announce that PALARRAN is now completed and left our factory to the storage yard, ready for launching.

Production Update – Lamination

An exciting journey has just started. Your boat has been progressing well in our Lamination stage.

Currently, we are working on the hull and deck gelcoat preparation. The targa bar has been installed, and the targa roof installation is in progress. Once both the deck and hull are completed, they will move on to the next step: deck joining.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat has already entered the new stage after lamination – Assembly.

At this point, all ASSY-1 deck joining and internal glassing works have been completed, which allowed the boat to be moved to the ASSY-2 stage on June 2nd, with the rudders already installed. We are now working on the plumbing system.

Production Update – Fitout

Your boat is now in the Fit-out stage where we have started to work on the key parts and the preparations before the boat goes to the QA & Detailing stage.

Recently, some main components on the boat have been installed, including pulpit, stanchions forward beam, A-frame, companionway flooring, galley benchtop, oven & stove. At this point, our production team has also installed the washing machine, all windows and finished the jobs related to steering system.

We are now working on antifouling preparation, plumbing (75% done), electric system (50%), and the composite deck hatches.

We are excited to announce that your boat is now completed and will be moved to the storage yard, ready for shipping.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat has advanced to the next stage following lamination—Assembly.

The deck joining took place early this month. The boat has recently been equipped with some critical parts, including rudders, pulpit, stanchions forward beam, A-frame, companionway flooring, Laminex bulkheads, and composite deck hatches.

We are now working on window liners, plumbing (20% done), and steering installation.
