An exciting journey has started. Your SC706 is making progress in the first stage of production – Lamination.
Our Lamination Team is laying the fiberglass in the deck mold at the moment. The hull is also being made in its mold to keep up with the progress.
Your boat has made significant progress in the Lamination stage.
As you can see, the deck has been completed while the hull is being built.
The boat will be moved to the next step – Assembly for deck joining after we have done with both hull and deck.
We are excited to inform you that your boat is now in Assembly stage.
The hull and deck was already joined. We have also done some jobs with bathroom gelcoat repairs, daggerboard casings installed and composite deck hatch trimming. Our production team is now working on hull and deck gelcoat repairs and engine room flow-coating.
We are excite to inform you that your boat has taken the first steps in Fit out stage.
We have installed the window liners, galley base frame, composite deck hatches, and deck stanchions. Our production team is now working on plumbing, installing tanks, doing interior floor inserts, bunk bases, and trimming window frames.
Your boat has made some significant progress in Fit out stage.
Our production team has done some jobs with deck windows installation, detailing of the longeron, gluing hull windows, installing aircon and completing various plumbing works. Aft bunk bases and partition frame were also installed.
We are now focusing on completing deck hatches and daggerboard compartments, preparing various engine room installations and engine installation.
Your boat now is taking the final steps to completion.
We have done the jobs for bathroom liner, bunk hatches, installation of electronic equipment, anchor installation and installing boom fittings. The plumbing system, gas stove, companion way fitout and stairs were also finished. We are getting engines and propellers ready for testing.
We are now doing detailing works, applying silicon, floor tiling and completing galley. Besides, major modification of navigation desk dashboard has been started.

The deck was demolded and ready on the cradle. Its hull will be laminated soon in the next couple of weeks. After this stage is completed, the boat will be moved to Seawind shed for the assembly stage soon.
