Your boat has made some significant progress in Fit out stage.
Our production team have been done with the steering system, all windows including helm windows, deck gear, and Lewmar hatches. We are currently working on electric works (75%), plumbing (75% done), helm window, galley raw fitout, timber bulkheads, bunk raw fitout, solar panels and headliner.
Production Update – Detailing & QA
It is so excited that your boat has reached the Detailing & QA stage.
We are currently working on cabins and saloon fitout with 50% done, electric and plumbing 75% completed. Navigation desk dashboard is about to be installed. Trifold door and deck nonskid repair have been done. Our 1370 team is waiting to have final timber fitout being provided to install. Upholstery was also completed.

Your boat has entered the Detailing and QA stage.
At this point, we have done with other main tasks related to antifouling, trifold door, all windows and hatches, solar panels, deck gear, all flooring bunk liners, and steering.
We are working on timber fitout (50% done), helm station, and electric installations (50%).

Your boat has been progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.
Until now, we have done almost main tasks to complete the boat including antifouling, Gori propeller and all windows installation. Furthermore, other detailing jobs have also been finished such as installing all interior flooring, laminex bulkheads, carpet, galley bench top, freezer, solar panels and trampoline. The steering system, Lewmar hatches and plumbing job were finally finished by our technical team as well.
At the moment, we have moved the boat to the next jobs and gradually go to the final steps as our production team is working on the trifold door, bunk headliner and deck gear ( approximately 75% done). Then, electric work is going to start shortly.

We had the hull & deck joined last week which is another mile stone for production.
In the next few weeks, there will be many changes happening on your boat. We will have engines in, steering mechanism installed, deck gear, etc. Along side with all that jobs we also have a plumbing team and electrical team working simultaneously to do all required plumbing, electrical, electronic systems includes: fresh water, black water, salt water and LPG.Â

Your boat is making significant progress in the Lamination Stage.
At this point, the hull was demolded and Lamination Team is working on the gelcoat finish, small furniture installing as well. The deck will be laminated in the mold soon.Â

Our production team is doing the hull gelcoat repair to ensure the best skin of the boat before moving to joining stage. The team is also working on the small furniture inside the hull. The deck is finished and ready to be joined with the hull.

After the joining on the last week of March, the window liners were installed on the boat. Currently our team is working on targa liner installation, cable conduits and starting with deck gear. The engine room is being prepared so that the engines can be installed soon.
