It has been a pleasure building your boat and on behalf of the entire team at Seawind Catamarans, we wish you many years of fun-filled enjoyment aboard your new Seawind 1600.
The current status shows that your boat is progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.
At this point, targa and coachroof have been assembled and glassed. Gelcoat repairs of targa have been completed 80%.
The boat has recently been equipped with some critical parts to get closer to completion such as side hull windows, deck upper windows, front opening hatches, wiring and installation for the main power system ( Lithium batteries, DC/DC chargers, MPPTs, Charger/Inverter, Czone etc). Also, the bowspirit infrastructure has been completed and tested for bowspirit fitting. Frames for ceiling liner-upholstery installation have been manufactured and glassed.
Currently, the team is working on deck gear installations, all stanchions, deck fillers, windlass, exterior gelcoat works (70% done), fuel system plumbing, black water system plumbing, and preparation for timberworks. The upholstery kit production is due to start in week 20.
An exciting journey has started. Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – Lamination.
The hull has just been demolded and the deck is being made in the mold. The coach roof is almost finished in its mold.

Our Lamination team is doing the assembly 1 jobs inside the hull. The deck is being completed, preparing for hull-deck join.
Your boat is progressing well in the second phase of Assembly stage.
Our Production team is working on pluming stage 1 which all thru hulls and water tank installed, conduits and composite small parts installation. The deck has targa bar and roof on.

We recently have done the helm pedestals, and first plumbing stage completed. Our Production team is working on center bathroom wall & door frame, and interior composite small parts.

We recently have the engines installed, all plumbing stage 1 works done, and diesel tanks installed.
Our Production Team is currently working on stanchions, pulpits, interior liners, and remaining interior gelcoat repairs.

We recently installed the forward opening windows, and the first plumbing stage was also completed.
Our Production team is working on electric works (20% done), plumbing (50%), wall and headliners, bulkheads and cabin walls Laminex application, and helm windows.

Recent jobs that we have completed are all windows and hatches installed, fwd beam, and antifouling preparation.
Our Production team is currently working on plumbing (75% done), steering (75%), deck gear almost completed, timber fitout (30%), and synthetic lifelines.

Recent jobs that we completed are solar panels, trampoline, mast base, all windows, fwd beam, steering, plumbing, aircon.
