Production Update – Completion

We are excited to announce that Enso is now completed and will be launched soon.

Production Update – Detailing & QA

The current status shows that your boat is progressing well in the Detailing & QA stage.

Your boat has reached the very final stage with 90% timber fitout completed, and 95% electrical works completed. We’re still working on some other detailing works and will get the boat wrapped up soon.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat is progressing well in Assembly stage.

We recently completed installing stanchions, pulpits, chainplates, galley base, flowcoat works, composite window liners, forward bunk base, and trampoline flange.
Our production team is currently working on deck gear, aft bunk bases, floor inserts, and hull splashboard.

Production Update – Fit out

It is exciting that your boat has been moved to the Fit out stage.

We recently done windows installation, longeron, and daggerboards.
Our production team is currently working on deck gear (75% completed), plumbing (25% done), the first phase of electric works (30% done), and tank installation.

Production Update – Fit out

Your boat is progressing well in the Fit out stage.

We recently completed solar panel installation, sliding doors and windows, remaining engine room installation, all deck gear, and mast base.
Our production team is currently working on electric system (75%), plumbing (90%), antifouling preparation, timber fitout (50%).

Production Update – Details & QA

We are excited to inform you that your boat is now in the Details & QA stage.

We recently completed the plumbing system, electric system both soon ready for commissioning, timber fitout, galley installation, and all flooring.
Our production team is currently working on rudders, mast & boom completion, and final QC checking.

Production Update – Lamination

An exciting journey has started. Your boat is making progress in the first stage of production – Lamination.

The hull and deck are being made step by step in the mold. Lamination team is also making the coach roof at the same time.

Production Update – Assembly

Your boat is progressing well in the Assembly stage.

Hull and deck have been joined. We recently installed fuel tanks, deck drains, doing flowcoat works, steering conduits, and small composite parts.

Our production team is currently working on stanchions, pulpits, remaining internal glass works.
