Production has now started on the Seawind 1600 deck with the molds having just been sprayed in their first layers of gelcoat and our lamination department gearing up to begin adding the first layers of fiberglass reinforcement. The following weeks will involve the bagging or infusion of all major composite components in the Seawind lamination factory (Stage 1).
In the hull, the lamination department will also go on to install major structural internal bulkheads and stringers insuring the hull is properly reinforced before being demolded and moving on to Stage 2 of production.
