Hull is planned to bring over to our Seawind shed on 16th Oct after Lamination work is completed. Deck is ready and currently sitting in front of main office waiting to be moved to our Seawind shed for the joining to begin.
Lewmar hatches, rudders, and galley benchtops have been installed. Working is being carried out on port bow nonskid, deck gear, plumbing (50% done), companion way floors, carpet, and window liners. Boat is on schedule.
Jobs have been completed on deck gear, hardtop nonskid repair, trifold door, engines, Sado glass, and floors. Electric system is 75% done; interior timber, steps, plumbing have been progressed to 50% of completion. Boat is well on schedule.
Tremendous progress has been achieved in the past month.
Interior: all tanks installation has been completed. Kitchen is almost done with all shelves, bench top, utilities installed. Electrical panel and Navigation desk are 100% done. Bed bases are completed including interior furniture. We are working on final detailing of bathrooms and running of electrical wiring.
Exterior: we have made quite a progress with the completion of starboard hull detailing, cockpit detailing, through holes and life raft access.
Engineering: watermaker supports, holding tanks, water tanks, fuel tanks, pre-fit stanchions, and galley kick are now completed.
Deck moved to our Seawind shed on 6th October for the first Assembly stage. Work is being carried out on transom extension. Hull is in our driveway waiting for some Lam parts to be handed over. Deck joining is scheduled for 20th October, 2020.
